This project was done for the Better Light Than Never Unreal Challenge that Epic did on June of 2022. I decide to embrace this challenge for me to improve my cinematography skills. I tried to make something simple enough that I could finish during my spare during between work.
The train was a old asset that I made last year. For this challenge I import it into Unreal, with all the UDIMS, and re create the lookdev and the light. The outside track was made during the challenge, the trees are from Megascan. I also use a few Megascan assets in the track for things like power boxes that we see on those train tracks.
For the camera I used the Virtual Camera Rig that me and my partner, Mick Abela, are developing. This was the first time that we was used, it end up being a very good test drive!
